Skoda is a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, and is based in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic.

With its ‘Simply Clever’ mantra, Skoda’s vehicles focus on clever packaging offering high levels of space and comfort relative to their segments. In terms of its place within the Volkswagen Group, Skoda is seen as the practical choice whereas Spain’s Seat is the more sporting brand.

In Australia, Skoda sells a range of passenger cars and crossovers, including the Fabia light car, Scala small hatchback, Octavia mid-sizer, Superb large car, along with the Kamiq, Karoq and Kodiaq SUVs.

Within those model lines, Skoda also offers popular performance variants under the RS sub-brand – headlined by the Octavia RS and Kodiaq RS.
